Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (Thailand):
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Thailand. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

  • International Shipping:
    We ship worldwide! International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and size of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on Scroll Editions and Original Paintings. For international orders, free shipping may be available for select destinations or specific promotions—please check the checkout page for details.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing:
    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Production Time (for custom products):
    If your order includes custom or made-to-order items (like original paintings or Scroll Editions), please allow an additional 3-7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipments (Thailand):
    Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

  • International Shipments:
    International shipping times vary depending on the destination:

    • Asia: 7-14 business days
    • Europe & North America: 10-20 business days
    • Other regions: 15-30 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package online.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please refer to our Lost or Stolen Packages policy. We will assist you in investigating the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Restrictions

Some of our products may have restrictions regarding shipping destinations. For example, certain items cannot be shipped to the following countries:

  • South Korea
  • Hong Kong
  • Taiwan
  • Japan
  • Singapore

Customs & Import Duties

  • International Orders:

    Occasionally, customs may delay the processing of shipments, which is outside of our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for any inquiries.

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance for added peace of mind on all orders. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Certain countries may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
